Acceptance of Terms
These PrismAura Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and KyrvionX Studio, LLC ("KyrvionX," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the PrismAura mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using PrismAura, you agree to these Terms and the PrismAura Privacy Policy.
PrismAura Service
PrismAura is a creative entertainment application that allows users to capture or select photos, create stylized Aura Cards, save eligible content, share user-selected results, and access optional premium features. Features, visual styles, availability, and technical implementation may change over time.
Entertainment and Creative-Expression Disclaimer
PrismAura is intended for entertainment and creative expression only. Aura labels, scores, messages, visual effects, styles, and other creative outputs are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, spiritual, biometric, personality, employment, financial, or other professional assessments or diagnoses. Do not rely on PrismAura output for health, safety, legal, employment, financial, or other consequential decisions.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Information you provide must be reasonably accurate and may not impersonate another person or violate applicable law.
Photos and User Content
You retain your rights in photos and other content you submit to PrismAura. You grant KyrvionX a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transform, and display submitted content only as reasonably necessary to operate PrismAura, provide the features you request, maintain security, and support the service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload or use content submitted to PrismAura. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
PrismAura Pro Subscriptions
PrismAura may offer auto-renewable PrismAura Pro subscriptions, including monthly and annual options. The exact subscription title, duration, price, localized currency, included features, and any applicable introductory terms are displayed in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by country or region and may change as permitted by the App Store.
A PrismAura Pro subscription unlocks the premium features identified in the app for the applicable subscription period. A subscription does not transfer ownership of PrismAura or its proprietary assets.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
For purchases made through Apple's App Store, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple subscription settings before renewal in accordance with Apple's rules. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Restore Purchases
PrismAura provides a Restore Purchases function for eligible App Store purchases. Restoration depends on the Apple Account used for the original purchase and the current status of the subscription or entitlement.
Refunds and Billing Issues
Apple processes App Store billing and refund requests for purchases made through Apple's In-App Purchase system. KyrvionX does not control Apple's refund decisions. For App Store billing or refund requests, use Apple's available purchase-support and refund channels.
Apple Standard End User License Agreement
For PrismAura downloaded from Apple's App Store, the app license is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These PrismAura Terms supplement that license. If a provision conflicts with mandatory App Store terms, the applicable Apple terms control to the extent required.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse PrismAura, interfere with its operation, bypass access or subscription controls, attempt unauthorized access, use the app to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use PrismAura in a way intended to harm KyrvionX, users, or service providers.
Intellectual Property
PrismAura software, interface designs, branding, visual systems, templates, original text, icons, product names, and other proprietary materials are owned by KyrvionX Studio, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights necessary to use the app, no rights are granted to reproduce, imitate, distribute, commercialize, or create unauthorized derivative uses of KyrvionX proprietary materials.
Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve PrismAura, address technical or legal requirements, or adapt the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, PrismAura is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that creative outputs will meet any particular preference, expectation, or purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KyrvionX Studio, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to PrismAura. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and Account Deletion
You may stop using PrismAura at any time and may request account deletion through the in-app Delete Account function. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, or where required by law, subject to applicable consumer rights and platform rules.
Privacy
Use of PrismAura is also governed by the PrismAura Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in connection with the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as PrismAura, legal requirements, or business practices evolve. The Last Updated date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law or platform terms require otherwise.
